We are Family and Emergency Physicians providing comprehensive health care to the families and businesses in Silicon Valley since 1977. Our scope of care extends from on-going health maintenance to immediate care for the ill and injured. Our group practice of Family and Emergency Specialists combines the comfort and confidence of your Personal Family Physician with the convenience of an Urgent Care Clinic.

 Closed on Sunday

Due to unusual circumstances these hours may be temporarily changed; we recommend you call for a scheduled appointment whenever possible. (We are closed on major holidays).

INDUSTRIAL CASES

EMPLOYERS: Should an accident occur, call us so that 1) we may minimize any waiting time, and 2) we may advise you whether to send your employee to a hospitalbased emergency facility if appropriate. We will work with you and your employees to minimize disability and facilitate their return to work as soon as possible. Be sure to file an Employers Report of Injury with your Worker's Compensation insurance carrier as soon as possible to assure coverage.

EMPLOYEES: Advise us if your injury is work related so that

we may expedite your claim.

 AMBULATORY (URGENT) CARE

Appointments are structured to make time to treat minor emergencies in the office. You should not have to wait when you are sick or in pain. To avoid delays,

APPOINTMENTS ARE PREFERRED, BUT WALK-IN CARE IS AVAILABLE. To allow for smoother handling of your problem, please call ahead whenever possible, especially to schedule physical examinations.

EMERGENCIES

Many medical emergencies including chest pain (suspected heart attack), bleeding you cannot stop with direct pressure, serious breathing difficulties, and serious accidents are indications to go directly to a hospitalbased emergency facility which is designed to handle such potentially life-threatening problems. Call 911 for an ambulance.
